I built the practice I wished existed—now I help others do the same.
My journey into bilingual healthcare began long before I opened my own clinic. I taught myself Spanish because I wanted to communicate with and better serve the Hispanic community. That passion ultimately shaped my career and the mission behind everything I am building today.
I spent five years working as a registered nurse, including serving patients in the ICU and emergency room during the COVID-19 pandemic. After earning my nurse practitioner degree, I quickly recognized a significant gap in healthcare: Hispanic patients needed more accessible, culturally responsive care delivered by professionals who understood their language, needs, and experiences.
I turned that need into action by opening my own bilingual healthcare practice, created to help Hispanic families feel understood, respected, and confident when seeking care. Building the clinic from the ground up taught me what it truly takes to transform an idea into a functioning practice—from selecting services and managing finances to developing workflows, hiring staff, navigating compliance, and connecting with the community.
I also learned how difficult the process can be when you are trying to figure everything out on your own.
That experience inspired me to create The CLiNiCA Blueprint—a practical, step-by-step program for physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who want to launch a bilingual practice or integrate high-demand, cash-based or hybrid services into an existing clinic.
My goal is to provide the guidance, systems, and resources I wish I had when I started. I believe there is room for more providers to succeed, more communities to receive culturally responsive care, and more healthcare professionals to build businesses that serve their patients well.
This is more than a course. It is the blueprint for turning your clinic vision into a practice prepared to serve, grow, and succeed.
